I have rated this as a 4 / 1 due to the difficulty of the puzzle NOT the Cache.

This one is close (.25 miles) from my Manhattan Day & Night Cache.

Believe it or not, this is actually how I would send E-mail to my wife when I was deployed in the Persian Gulf!
